Yellow Chartreuse Liqueur Old Weller Antique 107 Proof Bourbon Made once a year atFirst introduced in 1838 as a more accessible version of Green Chartreuse, the Yellow version uses a base of grape distillate and is bottled at a (relatively) lower 86 proof. Like its green sibling, there are no artificial flavors or colors (saffron provides the pretty yellow hue). The aroma is bright, mild and lime lollipop sweet, with pine, mint, honey, citrus, and herbs. On the palate, honey, mint, citrus, and pine blend beautifully before a touch
