Domaine Sylvain Pataille Marsannay Blanc 2022 QUANTITY CHECK This bottling blends grapes fromPart of this blend is Chardonnay Ros, a rare pink skinned old strain of Chardonnay that almost nobody in Burgundy still bothers with Pataille kept his, and it gives the wine a texture and perfume ordinary Chardonnay doesn't. The bottling is assembled from five Marsannay parcels, including Blungeys and Clos du Roy, with plantings running from 1949 and 1951 through to the 2000s. Farming is certified organic with biodynamic work; the grapes are slowly
