It is a very rare form of natural volcanic glass Obsidian foun din Mexico. It has a very high mineral content, which gives this material its gorgeous pattern and colors! It often has chrysanthemum like flowering with a black or pink backdrop. It can take a decent polish, but with the impurities giving it this crazy display, it can often be fractured and may need to be stabilized to cab.
