Then, distilled in a column still to infuse the botanicals. This Gin is a seasonal, limited release aromatic grape based gin made once a year at harvest time. Floral Viognier white wine pomace from local wineries is fermented and pressed, then distilled. Alley 6 combines locally harvested California bay
