The terroir is a blend of red and gray marl with limestone bedrock and faces due south; it is the heart of Valentin's domaine. 12 days maceration whole cluster, ferment and aging for roughly ten months in a split of stainless steel and 228L neutral barriques. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2 added.
