Xo Wine Co Shiraz 2021 domaine-la-soumade Winemaking Notes: A field blendOur first iteration of a cool climate Syrah is sourced from the Kuitpo sub region and is from the Christmas Hill vineyard. 20% whole bunches were added to give a savoury spice edge and the addition of a small amount of Viognier gives a partial violet lift.
