There is some intentional distressing fading as well as an issue with one belt loop. Not sure if that is intentional or a flaw. It is still a functional belt loop. It is a size 5 which I believe makes it Junior's sizing It is in great condition Actual measurements: Length across the waist area approx 15. 5" Across the hip area approx 18. 5" Length down the back approx 23"
