Clean and sturdy throughout. Worn once lightly, if ever. No noteable flaws. MODERN SIZE Woman's M, I would estimate a modern 8 (that 27&1 2 " waist has NO give). Tag is marked a US 12. Mannequin is a ladies S M 6 7 for reference (it could probably work for someone this size too w some minor adjustments).
