60's Summery Empire Waist Maxi Dress by Vicky Vaughn vtg shoes It fastens on the front1960s white & yellow dress in polyester by Vicky Vaughn. Late 1960s maxi dress , polyester , yellow seer sucker semi sheer skirt and lined white Empire Waist bodice with lace trim. The dress has a nylon zipper up the back and spaghetti straps . The condition is nice . The dress was measured across and doulbed , unstretched , laid flat: 36"bust 32" Empire waist 44" hips 7. 5" bodice height 57" length
