80's/90's 50s Style Fuchsia Organza Tea Length Midi Dress vtg feathered hat Since it's an oversized fitIt's not "hot pink". It's fuchsia. Not cerise, which is more purple y. From '89 at oldest and '95 at newest. It has straps but you can cut them off (tucked in on model) for an off shoulder look that stays put, because the bodice is boned. The sleeves stand out from the shoulders, retro portrait style (think "50s high school yearbook"). Fit and BIG flare, shows off a tiny waist. Four rhinestone buttons at one side.
