Research tells me its most likely an antique military uniform jacketmore specifically the gold buttons are stamped Waterbury Co Inc. Conn on the back and are quite valuable on their own (a collector might even want this for the buttons alone!). Jacket is 100% wool, fully lined with french ticking, fringe at shoulders, cropped length, and the coolest seed bead fringe adornment at the back. Absolutely love this
