There's a comfortable elastic waist, and pockets at each hip. The V neckline isn't too immodest and the sleeves are 3 4 length. This dress measures on the larger side, but the arm holes at the cuff are very tight, so I would recommend that unless you will be hemming the sleeves you stick to the size listed.
