50's White Silk Rose Hat ferragamo low heels 1980’s Margaret Godfrey purple suedeNavy blue velvet close hat from the 1950's. Styled to hug the crown with inward curving wired edges for security. Oval seamed crown has scalloped sides embellished with 4 velvet bows. On the front left is a large white silk rose. The flower is pinned on tightly so it could be replaced but removing it would most likely show indentations in the fabric. Interior is lined with a stiffened fabric. No label. Inner circumference is 22 inches but there is
