The dress is wrap around so you can wear tighter or looser & the fabric has some stretch to it. You tie the waist tie at the back of the dress. We have included measurements of its maximum stretch. The fabric is a beautiful array of pretty flowers, in shades of orange, yellow, green, red, pink, brown. The dress has no damage & is in great vintage condition.
